Find Feed & Restore is thrilled to invite the community to Sing for the Love of Others, a free concert on Saturday, February 8th at 3 pm held at First United Methodist Church of Clermont (FUMC) at 950 7th Street, Clermont, FL 34711. The concert is being presented by FUMC Clermont Traditional Music Program under the direction of Susan Brandt. Renowned Christian music composers and arrangers Joel Raney and Mary McDonald will be featured for this one-time event.

Joel Raney spent over two decades in Chicago creating more than 1000 scores for radio and television commercials, earning numerous awards, including a CLEO for best score of an American Airlines commercial.  His music has been heard on countless commercials, including the famed United Airlines campaign in which he regularly performed RHAPSODY IN BLUE. He served as pianist and associate conductor for numerous shows on Broadway and musical director of L.A. and Chicago productions of PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES.

Mary McDonald served as senior music editor for The Lorenz Corporation in Dayton, Ohio for more than twenty-two years and currently is an independent artist in constant demand for composer weekends, choral clinics, and conferences. Mary became the first-ever woman President of the Southern Baptist Church Music Conference in 2000. With a career that spans over 40 years, her songs appear in the catalogs of every major publisher of church music. More than 1000 anthems, seasonal musicals and keyboard collections testify to her significant contribution to choral literature.

A few Find Feed & Restore client families at the concert will share their success stories of overcoming homelessness and moving toward self-sufficiency. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear about how they can partner with Find Feed and Restore to give hope and housing to families in Lake County.
